Sri Venkateswara Temple
Located in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati is known for the Lord Venkateswara Temple, which is one of the most visited pilgrimage centers in the country. Tirumala, one of the seven hills of Tirupati, is where the main temple is located. The temple is believed to have been placed where Lord Venkateswara took the form of an idol and hence is the home of the deity Govinda. Pushkarini Lake

The temple has two main pilgrimage dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Lord Krishna. The temple in the north is Shri Govindaraja and in the south there is a temple of Shri Parthasarathi (Lord Krishna). Akasaganga Teertham
Akasa Ganga is a sacred waterfall on the foothills of Venkatadri Tirumala. The waterfall is about 5 km from the main Tirumala Tirupati Balaji Temple and the Tirumala Nambi family is allowed to carry holy water from the waterfall to the temple. It is one of the popular Tirumala places to travel. It was sacred that it is rendering in the Vedas and it is believed that Akasa Ganga Teraham originates from the lotus feet of Lord Venkateswara.
