Kamal Morarka Haveli Museum
Kamal Morarka is still an owner of few heritage "Havelis" in Rajasthan mostly in Nawalgarh. The most famous haveli is Kamal Morarka Haveli Museum, that is also a private museum. It was built in 1900 by Shri Jairamdasji Morarka (ancestor of Kamal Morarka), a connoisseur and patron of the arts.
Podar Haveli Museum
The Podar Haveli Museum situated in Naya Bazar, Nawalgarh, Rajasthan. Built in 1902 on the eastern side of town, and known locally as 'Podar Haveli', this is one of the region’s few buildings to have been thoroughly restored. The paintings of this haveli (traditional, ornately decorated residence) are the most vivid murals in town, On the ground floor are galleries on Rajasthani culture, including costumes, turbans, musical instruments and models of Rajasthan’s forts.
