Sabarmati Ashram
Sabarmati Ashram is located in the Sabarmati suburb of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Sabarmati Ashram (also known as Harijan Ashram) was home to Mohandas Gandhi from 1917 until 1930 and served as one of the main centres of the Indian freedom struggle. While at Sabarmati, Gandhiji lived in a small cottage which is now known as 'Hridaya (Heart) Kunj'. It is a place of great historic value, where even today visitors find some of the things which Gandhiji used- a writing desk, a khadi kurta, a yarn spun by him and some of his letters.
Adalaj Stepwell
Adalaj Stepwell or Rudabai Stepwell is a stepwell located in the village of Adalaj, close to Gandhinagar city in Gandhinagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat, he stepwell was built by Mahmud Begada in 1411, to commemorate Queen Rudabai, wife of Veersinh, the Vaghela chieftain. The step-well represents the Indo-Islamic fusion architecture that percolated through the many stepwells of the period. It is said that the temperature inside the well is six degrees cooler than outside.

Hutheesing Jain Temple
Established in 1848, the Hutheesing Jain Temple is one of the most revered Jain temples in Ahmedabad. Situated on Shahibaug Road of Bardolpura, this temple project, initially taken up by Sheth Hutheesing Kesarisinh was further completed by his wife, Shethani Harkunwar and posthumously named after Kesarisinh. Dedicated to the 15th Tirthankara of Jains, Lord Dharmanath, this two-storied white marble structure is home to 11 deity sculptures.
Bhadra Fort
Located at the walled city of Ahmedabad, the 44 acre-Bhadra fort composes of intricate carvings, latticework and frescos alongside impeccable arches and inscriptions at the entrance. Built in 1411 by Ahmed Shah I, the walling is said to have been established to protect the Gujarat Sultanate, Bhadra Fort is also an important venue for significant events such as the Republic Day.
Koteshwar Mahadev Temple
The very famous Koteshwar Temple is close to Narayan Sarovar & is famous for its legend surrounding Lord Shi va & Ravana. While the original temple which was built ages ago have been destroyed, the modern temple has been renovated expertly by the local kutchi artists making it a visual delight. It is also said that from the vantage point of the temple, the glow of lights from Karachi in Pakistan can be viewed in a clear night. This temple also offers a beautiful sunset view.
Sidi Saiyyed Mosque
Popularly known as Sidi Saiyyed Ni Jaali, the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque was built in the year 1573 and is one of the most popular and beautiful mosques located in Ahmedabad.
